1.You must be 18 or over to be a member of and participate in Swing Low.
2.Act your age. This is a place for adults, not trolls or children.
3.Users will not interfere with the operation of any official chats or other services, or impede the ability of Swing Low Staff to perform their duties.
4.Do not argue with staff. Decisions are final.
5.No text walls. No spamming or flooding the chat with messages. Do not type in ALL CAPS.
6.No real beastiality, gore, mutilation, necrophilia, pedophilia, or excessive abuse in public or private chat.
7.No racist or degrading content. No sexism, homophobia or any other type of hateful posting.
8.Users will not create obscene, profane, threatening, defamatory, or hateful user screen names, room names, topic names, welcome messages, or comments in any area of the Server.
9.Do not cause a nuisance in the community, repeated complaints from several members will lead to administrative action.
10.No advertising other sites/discord servers (Permission must be requested from Staff)
11.No sharing personal, identifying information such as emails, websites, facebook, snapchat, cam shows, etc. in the chat rooms. Do not ask for personal information publicly. You may share them in private chats only. Only city and state are allowed to be discussed in public.
12.Users will not solicit for advertisers or sponsors or display advertisements or sponsorships of any kind.
13.Users will not solicit credit card numbers for goods or services, nor engage in any commercial activity on the server, which Swing Low has not authorized.
14.Do not perform or promote the intentional use of glitches, hacks, bugs, and other exploits that will cause an incident within the community.
15.Inviting unofficial bots is not allowed. Any bots that are found will be banned.
Consent is sexy!
1.Always ask for permission to PM publically and receive consent before doing so. PMing someone without permission will result in a warning. Repeat offenses will result in a ban. Friend requests don’t require permission, but note that accepting a friend request does not give someone consent to PM.
2.No means no.
3.Always ask for consent before engaging in sex-related chat with others.
4.Do not send unwanted photos or videos that your chat partner has not consented to receiving.
5.Public sexting is only allowed in the sexting safe zones.
6.Failure to respect anyone’s boundaries will result in either a warning or a ban at the discretion of the admin team depending on the situation.
Sexting Safe Room Rules
1.The safe words on Swing Low Chat are “Marshmallow” for slow down/soft stop (the equivalent to yellow) and “Sweet Potato” for a hard stop (the equivalent to red). DO NOT ignore safe words. Continuing past them being called out is unacceptable and will be punished accordingly.
2.Always ask before joining in on a group sexting session, but wait until a break in the action to do so.
3.DO NOT INTERRUPT A CHAT IN PROGRESS. Wait until there is a break in the action to ask questions or ask to join.
4.Take a moment to review limits (we recommend that these are outlined prior to a scene if pre-planned). 5.Always respect people’s limits. No means no.
6.Even though these rooms may be private, people may enter the room and watch long as they do not interrupt until appropriate.
7.Moderators are busy moderating the entire server. Try your best to work out problems or issues together as a group. If there is a problem that cannot be resolved contact a Staff Member to help you.
Legal Stuff
1.Any institutions, individuals, and/or third parties using this site and/or any of its associated sites for studies or projects, and/or any duplication (for any reason) and/or posting to any site. You do NOT have our permission to use any of our profile and/or pictures in any form or forum both current and future. If you have or do, it will be considered a serious violation of our privacy and will be subject to legal ramifications under the Privacy Act.
2.The Swing Low server, nor the owner and moderators of the server, are responsible for anything that happens between members that meet in person outside of the server. By participating in the server, you agree that the server will not be held liable.
3.Please note all lectures and discussions are held to the opinion of the teacher and in no way represent the opinion of the entire server. If you disagree with a response, please be respectful and mindful of others. We will not tolerate kink shaming or hate speech of any kind. The education room is available to help answer any questions and is to be taken seriously. Any violators of these terms, will be held accountable to their actions.
Party Games! #truth-or-dare
1. After you have a group of people who would like to play, pick someone to start.
2. Tag a fellow player and ask “truth or dare?”
3. Once they decide, give them a truth or a dare.
4. The askee then becomes the asker and the game continues, on person at a time.
5. Pictures and videos for proof of a completed dare must be posted in the appropriate media-allowed channel (#truth-or-dare, #nudes, #sfw-images, #nsfw-images, etc)
6. Anyone reserves the right to refuse to answer a truth or perform a dare and request a new one if they do not feel comfortable.
7. No questions regarding rape, molestation, or other triggering content are allowed to be asked. If seen, please notify a mod to delete.
The Nudes Room
1. Please do not spam the #nudesroom. 2-3 photos may be shared at once, maximum. No more than 24 pictures and videos may be shared in 24 hours.
2. Keep comments in the #nudesroom light.
3. Positivity and support is always encouraged!
4. Do not save anyone’s nudes. Anyone caught saving someone’s nudes without consent will be forced to delete them and instantly banned from the server.
5. All photos must belong to you. No catfishing or misleading photos are allowed.
6. If there is someone else in the photos or videos, you must have their explicit consent to share on Swing Low prior to posting.
7. Do not demand more photos or photos of a certain part from someone. They will share what they want, when they want.
